    Website PickleballJeff changes

Over the next couple of months I will decide to either change the PickleballJeff domain or discontinue it all together, at the moment the APA brand is growing steadily so will closely monitor if the website is needed.

    Training manuals combined logo.

The new Asia Pickleball Academy (APA) logo will feature the IEPP logo at its center, replacing the original fireball design only for the purpose of the teaching materials. This subtle yet tasteful update represents the integration of the two brands. The revised logo will only be used for all future APA training program manuals, alongside a new official email contact: jeff@asiapickleballacademy.com for now jeff@pickleballjeff.co.uk will remain available.

    "Elevate your pickleball game".

To emphasize the programs delivered by PickleballJeff (PbJ) for APA—a new combined logo will be featured on all marketing materials for programs facilitated by PbJ. This logo highlights the synergy between the brands, while each retains its unique tagline:

    • APA: "Pickleball is Easy to Learn and Fun to Play."
    • PbJ: "Just Play Pickleball."

Together, these brands share a unified message which will be the new mission statement: "Elevate your pickleball game."

    March 2025

Now that I am living in Indonesia, I have decided to focus exclusively on recreational pickleball in Asia. I continue to run training sessions, as well as Ambassador, Educator, and Educator Trainer courses, using the IEPP course structure. This strategic shift will also be reflected in the updated logo for the Asia Pickleball Academy course manuals, aligning it with this new regional focus. The IEPP website will be discontinued 1 April 2025. Info about IEPP can be found on the APA website.

    The APA logo will stay.

To create a stronger, consistant brand image the APA logo will remain unchanged for marketing and recognition purpose.

According to Mike Johnson, the President of the Philippine Pickleball Federation, pickleball is rapidly gaining popularity in the Philippines. New pickleball groups and clubs (143 to date and counting) are springing up across the country, with the sport even being played in shopping malls. Expatriates traveling to the Philippines or other parts of Asia can now pack their paddles and join in the pickleball craze. Earlier this year, the Philippine Olympic Committee officially adopted pickleball, making the Philippines the first nation to receive national Olympic recognition for the sport.
